Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Must have experience in Software Development.
Experience- 2 to 5 yr must be in IT Company.
*BDM Responsibilities:*
- Bidding on various job portals Freelancer, Upwork, Guru
- Create impressive cover letters to attract clients
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Training, managing and helping BDE team members to develop their skills.
- Setup Fiverr Profile and create Gigs
- Lead Generation through job portals and LinkedIn
- Gather client requirements and discuss with technical head
- Client Negotiation
- Follow-up with existing clients and maintain good rapport
*BDM Eligibility Criteria:*
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills(Written & verbal)
- Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
