Role Description
This is a remote 4-month internship role for a Business Development/Sales Intern with experience in selling a SaaS Business Intelligence platform. As a Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into qualified leads. You’ll work closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns and close opportunities.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels Conduct outreach to potential customers in our target markets Understand customer pain points and pitch relevant use cases Manage and update leads in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Freshsales) Assist in demos, calls, and pipeline follow-ups Analyze and report on sales performance and KPIs Collaborate on experiments to improve outreach and conversions
What We're Looking For
Prior internship or experience in SaaS sales, BDR, or business development Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently Passion for tech, analytics, or startups Bonus: Understanding of data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
