Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall operations, performance and growth of the business and its activities.
Develop, achieve and exceed targeted KPIs by driving business results and implementing innovation to ensure future growth.
Maintain operational efficiencies and foster a positive workplace culture.
Your Skills and Qualifications
Proven operations management experience in exhibitions & events.
Quality people management experience and ability to lead from the front.
Numerate, with proven experience of P&L, numerical understanding and budgetary control.
Business management and acumen skills.
Strong entrepreneurial skills.
IT literate and line management experience.
Understanding of current health and safety procedures.
