Position Title: Business Head - Events Department:

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events and Business Development Director to join our team in Banglaore and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Ø Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate events sector.

Ø Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and partners.

2. Team Management: Ø Train, and mentor a high-performing team of event professionals. Ø Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Ø Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities for team members. Ø Ensure effective resource allocation and project management within the team.

3. Project Oversight: Ø Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, ensuring highquality del Ø Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously. Ø Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and corporate standards during event execution.

4. International and Indian Projects: Ø Manage the execution of both international and domestic corporate events. Ø Adapt event strategies to meet the specific needs and cultural nuances of different regions.

5. Financial Management: Ø Develop and manage budgets for the business unit. Ø Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve profitability targets. Ø Report regularly on business performance to senior management

Required Qualifications:

· Experience in a business management and event coordination

· Experience in developing business strategy

· Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes

· Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development

· Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
