Position Overview
We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and responsible for a complete vertical in E-mobility solutions to exceed customer expectations and profitable penetration in the market. Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, regarding technical support for activities, striving for best-in-class business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business. Incumbent will manage the marketing and entire P&L for eCommerce business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective ongoing management of programs, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining accountability for the health of the vertical.
• Accountable for revenue generation and target margin for all clients associated with us to help their Last mile delivery with E mobility solutions.
• To Develop and build an overarching Business strategy from scratch – aimed at building brand presence in India
• Demonstrate strong leadership through robust execution and achieving results
• Coordinate efforts to onboard new portfolio companies into the fund portfolio.
• Work hand in hand with management for annual operating plans and budgets and ensure the same is achieved through right resource management.
• Will manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, Build Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Drive Customer Research and ROI optimization.
• Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review.
• Will monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them.
• Attains targets through a combination of existing and new business development
• Responsible for development of sales strategy, including targeting key clients; leads key new business development initiatives and sells work
Role Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 12-15 years of experience in relevant business management required.
• Industry preference: eCommerce exposure is mandatory
• Extensive experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing goals.
• A confident communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
• We are looking for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter with high energy who can juggle managing their tasks.
• Excellent decision-making, negotiation and analytical skills
• Project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in eCommerce business
