Job Description
As a Business Manager, you will be highly visible and critical for driving strategic initiatives, financial analysis, process improvement, controls and managing multiple internal relationships.
CTC seeks to hire a risk professional to join its Business Management function in Mumbai. This individual will be responsible for driving the Risk team’s agenda in support of CIO, Treasury and Corporate, including office management. The position offers opportunities to gain visibility into various risk functions and processes as well as the opportunity to understand both the CTC business and firmwide initiatives.
Job responsibilities
Manage key deliverables for the CTC Business Management function including: Coordinate outputs for the Office of Legal Obligations, Inter-Affiliate Services (outsourcing) and resiliency plans
Participate in collaborative initiatives with peers, seeking ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
Support the Global Intern and Analyst program
Provide support and guidance for new hires, onboarding, inventory management, Real Estate management
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
BA/BSc degree (Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance & Accounting preferred; all majors considered)
1-2 years relevant experience in Business Management, Financial Services and/or Risk
Business Management, Finance and/or Risk experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is a pre-requisite
Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and a highly motivated self-starter who is able to prioritize key tasks effectively
