Instant is a technology company on a mission to power the world's most innovative brands, driving their revenue and retention on autopilot. We are entering an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month, have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s across three funding rounds, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling up this velocity even further!

Business Operations works closely alongside the CEO and COO’s respective teams to drive mission-critical and highly impactful initiatives across the company at Instant. These initiatives consistently vary to support product, engineering, sales, marketing, growth and core operations by providing analytical, operational, BAU and strategic support. We are looking for hard-charging generalists and absolute executors to solve some of our hardest problems/ opportunities, “getting shit done!”

You will:

Execute and work across the company to solve some of our most complex challenges and opportunities.
Execute with urgency various action items from initiatives designed to improve our ways of working.
Conduct research for new product and operations initiatives that improve our ways of working and processes.
Enable the Operations team by organising calendars, driving next steps, taking meeting notes, handling inbound requests, organising travel and helping with other administration tasks.
Enable our sales and customer success teams by creating lists for targeting, synchronising data between key systems, and analysing business data.
Draft initiative briefs for new efforts and ideas raised by the operations, product, and leadership teams.
Administer business systems like our CRM.
Pull ongoing and ad hoc reporting for daily, weekly and quarterly business reviews, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

What we’re looking for:

Ability to dig deep into data but communicate the findings in very simple ways—thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results.
Able to understand and work with financial models and key business financial metrics.
A strong orientation towards outcomes and rapid execution, with a history of being scrappy when it counts.
Experience using CRMs like HubSpot.
Deep proficiency with spreadsheets.
Experience taking projects from conception to launch
An easygoing interpersonal style and ability to build trusting relationships with a wide range of people
A history of developing lightweight processes and getting them adopted
Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
