Job Description

The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for planning and executing cloud operational support processes. In this role, you will collaborate with different departments, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for enhancing business performance. The candidate should be able to conceptualize and automate the company operations and map the workflow deliverables. This position requires proficiency in written and verbal communication skills and working effectively with the senior management and other engineers.

Business Operations Executive Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project delivery coordination and resource allocation

• Take care of business operations and making sure that the work is delivered on time by different departments

• Collaborate with department heads to set operational objectives and track progress

• Allocating work and regular reporting to the management

• Research and implement new ways to improve and automate company operations

• Responsible for team training

• Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team

• Delegation of tasks as per lower and higher priority to the team

• Helping in sales operations CRM management

• Responsible for other office administration tasks

• Working on other tasks as desired by the organization
