Business Operations Manager
Birmingham | Up to £41K | Permanent | Hybrid
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless business functions.
What You'll Be Doing:
• PA & Coordination: Manage diaries, track actions, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Event & Stakeholder Management: Organise internal and external events, coordinate logistics, and liaise with key partners.
• Process & Operations: Maintain CRM records, oversee procurement (POs), and enhance operational efficiency.
• Reporting & Data Management: Track business performance, compile reports, and support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in PA, business support, or operations management.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
