About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Insurance Office of America. As a key member of our commercial lines division, you will be responsible for managing an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention, and supporting new business growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, developing targeted strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of account management experience, or 7+ years in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of business growth and client retention.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry standards.
