Role Description

We are seeking a Business Strategist cum Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team at Metier Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Executive Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of strategic and administrative tasks that directly support the Management in driving business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for Management.
• Collaborate with Management to coordinate and support business initiatives throughout the organization, improving the service and efficiency of the Executive Office.
• Collect and organize data from various teams to facilitate decision-making by the Leadership team.
• Conduct data analysis, using specialized tools and software, and report trends to add business value.
• Address cross-team inquiries and assist in communications preparation and dissemination.
• Arrange meetings with team members and external stakeholders and prepare for key client meetings and follow-ups.
• Follow up on ongoing projects with clients and within departments.
• Analyze sales data, create sales forecasts, and recommend strategies to optimize sales activities and increase market share.
• Prepare various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
• Initiate and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives while keeping track of industry developments.
• Compile and update all marketing collateral and prepare new presentations or company overviews as needed.
• Coordinate strategic projects to facilitate desired organizational changes.
• Assist in the preparation for interactions, lectures, and sessions at external forums, media, trade bodies, and research institutes.
• Create and present business update dashboards to the leadership team.
• Serve as a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Director and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust.
• Complete critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence and tasks that facilitate the Management's ability to lead effectively.
• Coordinate agendas for senior management meetings and off-site events, facilitating cross-divisional coordination.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including management of the calendar, travel bookings, budgets, and expenses.
• Organize and coordinate office events, activities, and communications to ensure efficient workflow and operations.

Qualifications
• Postgraduate degree preferred; graduates with relevant experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business strategist or executive assistant role, or similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
