Job Description

Every day would vary depending on the demands of customers however, you’ll be responsible for tech communications and general support to our director.


Administration Role with international Technology support and advisory company.

Family-owned and operated business located in Southern Gold Coast.

Within 2 years we are positioned as a market leader and fastest-growing company in our niche.

We are seeking a key team member strong in administration to support our Director throughout the day, coordinate the office and techs in the field.

Our mission is to bring peace of mind back to our partners and customers by simplifying and humanizing the telecommunications delivery experience in what can be a confusing and overly technically complicated customer experience.

About the role

You’ll be working beside our director in a head office role. This position is one of the first positions in our office team, therefore as our company grows, you’ll be given the opportunity to move up through the business into more senior levels of management and operations.

Every day would vary depending on the demands of customers however, you’ll be responsible for tech communications and general support to our director.

Qualifications & experience

Office experience
A willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Support our Director
Office work - Email, phone, instant message,
Communicate with partners, suppliers, technicians, and customers
Coordinate’s delivery of products and services
Account management
Complete general office and some PA duties as directed
