The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Software Engineers with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. You’ll play a key role in building and enhancing our web applications and supporting systems, using a modern Microsoft tech stack (.NET 8.0). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to the creation of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
What You’ll Do
• Implement new features from our product roadmap, ensuring quality and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to refine ideas and deliver practical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and retrospectives.
• Enhance the stability, scalability, and reliability of our software systems by contributing to our engineering roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in C# software development, ideally with exposure to building web applications.
• Skills & Principles:
• Proficiency in C# and the Microsoft MVC stack.
• Familiarity with JavaScript MVVM frameworks (ideally Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with SOLID principles.
• Experience with unit testing and writing testable code.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices, including automating builds and deployments.
• Exposure to APIs and third-party integrations.
• Tech Stack Experience (a plus):
• Frontend: Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, npm, .less.
• Backend: SQL Server, ORM frameworks like NHibernate.
• Message Queues: Familiarity with tools such as MSMQ.
• Testing: Familiarity with tools like Selenium and SpecFlow.
• Cloud: Experience or familiarity with Azure.
