What You'll Do
Lead the development of a new SaaS solution from the ground up.
Collaborate with internal teams and operational business units to drive innovation.
Work closely with our Managing Director, who serves as the Product Owner.
Engage with an enthusiastic customer base eager to contribute to the solution’s development.
Be involved in customer feedback sessions and support the broader team as it expands.
Utilize modern Agile development methodologies and, if needed, be provided with training in AWS and .NET technologies.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Agile development and a passion for modern development techniques.
SaaS development experience or a mindset that embraces SaaS principles.
Comfortable with solution architecture and takes initiative in guiding the solution.
AWS development experience (preferred, but training available for the right candidate).
Proficiency in Jira Cloud is a plus, though not essential.
Leadership qualities and the ability to support a growing team and business.
A proactive, enquiring mind and a hunger to push boundaries within our industry.
