Job Title: Articleship Trainee
Job Description:
Assist in Auditing and Assurance: Participate in the planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements. Verify financial statements, analyze financial data, and assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Taxation Support: Provide support in tax-related activities such as preparing tax returns, conducting tax research, and assisting in tax planning and advisory services. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Financial Accounting and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements according to applicable accounting standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Maintain and update financial records and transactions using accounting software. Enter data, reconcile accounts, and generate reports as required.
Compliance and Regulatory Support: Help in ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, such as filing of statutory returns, documentation, and compliance audits.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis. Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
Research and Documentation: Conduct research on accounting, auditing, and taxation matters. Compile relevant information, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of technical resources.
Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions, seminars, and workshops, to enhance technical and professional skills.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work. Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing the CA qualification or recently completed the CA final examinations.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax regulations.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
