Cabin Crew Job in Dehradun | Qatar Airways Careers – Cabin Crews are a vital part of commercial aviation for a number of reasons. Their role is to provide a high standard of customer care, but equally, they are responsible for ensuring that all the passengers are safe and secure before, during, and after a flight.

As the market conditions are improving and our network is growing, we are now looking to grow our Cabin Crew team and Qatar Airways’ Ambassadors to the world.

Required Qualifications

You will also excel in a fast-paced, team environment, demonstrating your commitment to achieving the highest possible standards of customer service and guest experience, quality, and professionalism.
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an asset)
• Minimum arm reach: 212 cm (on tip toes)
• Minimum education: high school education
• Excellent health and fitness
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar
• Passion for service
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a multinational team

Cabin Crew Responsibilities:
• Conducting pre-flight safety checks and ensuring the plane is clean.
• Welcoming passengers, verifying their tickets, and directing them to their seats.
• Making and serving beverages and food to passengers.
• Responding to passengers’ questions about flights, travel routes, and arrival times.
• Demonstrating safety and emergency measures, such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors.
• Offering information and support to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Attending pre-flight briefings and studying all the details of the flight.
• Leading passengers in case of emergency and giving first aid to passengers if necessary.
• Offering support to passengers with special needs, including children, disabled persons, and elderly individuals.
• Preparing analytic reports concerning flight issues
