Responsibilities
This is a key position within the Installation department, requiring technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:Site Layout & CAD Design:Design site layouts based on customer specifications and company guidelines
Create CAD drawings from on-site photos, measurements, and customer flow requirements
Review and analyze customer operations to ensure optimal system integration
Participate in pre-installation calls with customers to fully understand site needs and operational workflows
Perform field audit pre installation for field verification and CAD design accuracy
Perform CAD design related retrospective and continuous improvement activities
Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Account management and Installation team to ensure optimal and effective CAD design
Participate in customer CAD review and approval meeting
Field Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for field teams regarding any travel or logistical needs
Define Installation materials requirements to meet CAD design content
Oversee field operations, including the management of travel, logistics, and expenses for field teams
Monitor installation cost and duration
Serve as a central communication point with Field Service engineers, 3PL installation team, Account management and Operations.Collaboration:Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and contribute to ongoing product improvement efforts
Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
