Schedule: Multiple shift (Day, Night and Rotational) - One day off in a week

Salary Range: INR 15,000.00 - 24,000.00 per month (earning depends on complete orders)

What You’ll do :

We are looking for customer support executive who can join immediate and interact with customers and addresses their concerns answer their questions and assist them with their needs. Moreover apply fresher jobs in Tezpur to join our customer call center.

Roles And Responsibilities for Fresher Customer Care job in Tezpur :
• Listen to customer concerns issues and questions.
• Give a solutions to customer concerns and answer customer questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly responds to Assam customer complaints
• Open new Tezpur customer accounts
• Refer issues and questions to manager

Qualifications for Call Center jobs in Tezpur
