Role Highlights:
As a customer service representative, you will be the voice of our client, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat with courtesy and professionalism. You'll also handle administrative and data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions, support and an exceptional customer experience.
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to positive outcomes.
Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate data entries.
Ensure customer database is up to date
Candidate Profile:
In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Customer Service Representative:
2+ years' experience in high volume call center environment is essential.
Clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent computer and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative and data entry tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
Confidence communicating with external stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about providing an exceptional customer experience.
