We have exciting opportunities available for motivated and passionate individuals to join a leading business based in Casula. Bring your passion for providing a superior customer service and our client will provide full training. This role involves a high volume of inbound calls to provide advice on order management and delivery timeframes of goods and general product enquiries.
This role provides great opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills. We are seeking candidates available to work Monday - Friday and a monthly Saturday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 7pm.

What will you do:
Field a high volume of inbound customer calls
Provide advice on order processing and delivery timeframes
Provide customer support on returns or refunds where required
Assist with customer complaints
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
Liaising with operations and field staff where necessary to resolve customer queries
Working toward KPIs
Provide administrative and data entry support to the order management team.
Key requirements and attributes for the successful candidate:
You are passionate about providing excellent customer service
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in a customer facing role or call centre environment advantageous but not required
Computer literacy and comfortable learning new systems
Flexibility to work hours between 8am - 7pm
