The Role

We seek a call centre operator to handle our inbound and outbound calls for our US customer base. You will report directly to the US Sales Team Leader and receive personal training from our Australian based team. You will be the first point of contact for our USA customers, whether it be helping to buy their dream product, or help with getting it all set up for a special day!

Primary Responsibilities -

Answer all inbound calls in relation to customer orders and queries.
Returning voicemails to address inquiries
Reply to all email queries & process customer orders through POS system.
Take credit card payments over the phone
Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting and other after-sales inquiries.
Assist customers with spare part orders by directing them to our US based retailers.
Requirements and skills -

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Prior call center experience is highly desirable but not essential - retail & customer service experience will be highly regarded.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workloads and tasks in a timely manner whilst working under minimal guidance.
Customer focus and commitment to quality interactions with every customer.

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Night shift - 11pm - 7am or 1am - +am
