What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Operate a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls efficiently

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of medical appointment scheduling experience (ophthalmology preferred)
• Experience with remote phone systems is preferred
• Must own a laptop and have knowledge of Windows-based programs
• Flexibility for occasional travel to offices and clinics
