Coordinate various faculty searches and maintain faculty search database.

Assist in screening and selecting faculty applications.

Manage orientation and training for new faculties.

Provide support and guidance to academic trainees.

Collaborate with faculty to conduct new student orientation program.

Assist in managing schedule, rooms and instructional supplies for workshops and other study programs.

Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.

Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.

Assist students on study habits.

Prepare and maintain student records according to school and Cambridge policies and administrative regulations.

Work with parents, teachers, and counsellors to address students’ behavioural, academic, and other problems.

Assist in updating lesson content and instruction methodology.

Assist in development of training modules and programs.

Coordinate with teachers and centre coordinators to develop lesson plans and materials.

Receive planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.

Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.

Ensure implementation of curriculum

Draft Circulars and Newsletters

Keep track of support programs as and where applicable.

Monitor the activities related to Sports & Performing Arts.

Organize events and induction programs for teachers

Conduct curriculum workshops.

Maintain the registers as prescribed

Maintain the data, relating to attendance of students, circulars to parents etc.

Conduct demo sessions for the selection of teachers.

Having regular communication with parents regarding students’ performance
Maintain history of students

Class Observation and Staff Appraisals.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
