Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Camp Coordinator. As a Camp Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the interviewing, training, and onboarding of Camp Instructors.

You will also be responsible for scheduling guest speakers, reserving facilities, organizing tasks for weekly floater instructors, and supporting camp programming in daily operational needs. Additionally, you will provide instructor break coverage, including supervision and behavior management of campers.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling guest speakers and reserving facilities.
Organizing tasks for weekly floater instructors.
Providing support to campers and instructors during camp.
Ensuring that camp programming runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience coordinating programs or projects in an educational setting.
Ability to prioritize workload and remain flexible to changing tasks.
Ability to use Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Successful applicants must be willing to live and work in Washington State to perform this role.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid WA driver's license with a safe driving history.
