Core Function
To define & drive customer journeys across platforms for a higher customer engagement & own the retention rate of the user base.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Driving all Paid Digital Marketing efforts
Focusing on strategic as well as tactical efforts to achieve growth in acquisition
Driving maximum business impact from campaigns.
Manage channels Like Google Search, Facebook, Youtube, display, Affiliate, retargeting) to acquire new users.
Manage channels to reach existing customers to drive high repeat business at a low cost, with the help of engagement tools and the intelligence required to create personalized and custom flows to engage with old customers to drive repeats.
P&L responsibility for our B2C operations
Plan and execute monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spend.
Responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances.
Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools.
Drive marketing efficiency through optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and the cost of acquisition.
Landing page and funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve the relevance and improve conversion rates.
Metrics: CTR, GMV, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Retention Rate%. Etc
Qualifications:
1. Seasoned professional in the Digital/Performance Marketing
2. Rich experience of over 6 years in paid marketing for e-commerce brands
3. Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics
4. Proven leader with experience in managing teams of 4-6 people and executing large scale strategic campaigns for E-Commerce platforms
5. Expertise in attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
6. Proven success developing, executing and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging Product Experience Management (PXM) platforms, successful delivery of business value, near and mid-term growth for a brand.
Qualification
● Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role
● Excellent communication skills
● Problem-solving aptitude
● MBA preferred
