About the Role
As a Capability Consultant in the Australia Retail T&C team, you will play a key role in helping to build future-focused people capabilities across Australia Retail. In partnership with the enterprise Strategic Capability team, divisional capability teams and business stakeholders, you will craft blended solutions to build capabilities at pace. Key audience segments and focus areas include - foundational skills for everyone, people and transformation skills for leaders, and targeted skills for specialist segments such as Delivery Execution, Product and Proposition Management and Data

Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
The role is accountable for:
Leveraging and contextualising our enterprise capability solutions (ANZ Academy, including LEAD@ANZ) to:
equip our leaders to deliver people fundamentals well and lead through transformation; and
empower our people to build the future-focused capabilities required for success at ANZ and more broadly.
Partnering with the enterprise Strategic Capability team, capability colleagues within and outside of Retail, and key business stakeholders to ensure that priority segment capability solutions for segments such as Delivery Execution and Product & Proposition Management are fit-for-purpose and impactful on Australia Retail's capability requirements.
Designing impactful capability experiences, underpinned by sound pedagogical principles, and human-centred design principles leveraging existing ANZ-approved tools and platforms.
Engaging and collaborating with a range of senior stakeholders including Accountable Executives, subject matter experts, technical specialists, and the broader capability community
Developing strategies for measurement and evaluation of capability interventions in line with ANZ's measurement framework, and aligned to the Retail divisions specific objectives
Developing and maintaining documentation for solution design, project management, evaluation, and review.
Designing and executing of culture interventions, particularly where pertinent to the prioritised segments.
