Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Captain to join our team.

As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and departments
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
• Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and handle any special requests or arrangements

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
