Captain
Oversee daily operations in the restaurant and ensure excellent service.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate the service team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with restaurant standards.
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist with staff training and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
2. Waiter
• Role: Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs during their dining experience.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and seat guests courteously.
• Present menus, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Address customer queries and special requests.
• Ensure tables are clean and set for the next guests.
