Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including flooring installation, cabinet installation, and drywall work. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Responsibilities

Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
Perform flooring installation with precision and care.
Execute cabinet installations according to specifications.
Lay tiles with accuracy for aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Restore existing structures while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Interpret schematics to determine project requirements and specifications.
Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square for optimal structural integrity.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate timelines and material needs.
Experience

Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings.
Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $150.00-$350.00 per day
