The Role
BGIS is seeking a qualified Carpenter to join our Christchurch team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance and renovation services to a wide range of clients across both residential and commercial sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working on residential maintenance and renovation projects
Repairing and installing joinery, linings, cladding, doors, windows, cabinetry, locks, flooring, and fixtures
Carrying out administrative tasks such as documenting job completion using company systems
You’ll enjoy a varied workload with the opportunity to apply your skills across multiple trades, working closely with a dedicated and experienced team.
What You’ll Need
NZ Certificate in Carpentry or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in residential maintenance and renovation
Valid Full NZ driver’s licence
Demonstrated experience in Health & Safety Compliance
Demonstrated agility with the use of apps to manage work and time
