About the Role:
A1 Supreme Constructions Limited is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter and Joiner to join our team in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of residential and commercial construction projects with a company that takes pride in high-quality workmanship and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret architectural plans, technical drawings, and construction blueprints
Measure, cut, and assemble timber and other materials to construct frameworks such as floors, walls, doors, windows, and roofing structures
Install fixtures and fittings including cabinetry, skirting boards, doors, windows, staircases, and other wooden features
Carry out formwork, framing, cladding, and finishing tasks in accordance with building codes and specifications
Repair and maintain existing structures, replacing damaged wood and reinforcing weak areas
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Collaborate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols on-site and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Carpenter and Joiner
Excellent knowledge of construction materials, carpentry techniques, and safe work practices
Ability to interpret technical documents and construction drawings
Physically fit with strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Commitment to delivering quality work and meeting project deadlines
