## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including restoration, fabrication, flooring installation, and construction painting. ## Duties
- Utilize hand tools to fabricate and install various structures
- Perform roofing and flooring installations
- Complete maintenance person tasks such as painting, caulking, and assembling furniture
- Restore and repair damaged structures
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and carpentry equipment
- Ability to interpret blueprints and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques is a plus

Pay: $30.00-$31.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
