Understand safe usage of all power equipment, along with exact dimensioning
Take Direction from Production Management
Bi-lingual English/Spanish
Understand Blueprints and Specifications in English
Safety TrainingDetermine Materials and tools needed for projects and retrieve or direct supplies to be retrieved from supply companies or company inventory
Train Apprentices and other employees
Keep track of inventory so new materials can be ordered as needed
Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities
Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments
Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials
Follow established OSHA and company safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications
