Job Overview

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Field Crew Workers to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in exterior renovations and repairs, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with roofing, siding, fascia board, and window/door installation and repairs.

Safely operate hand and power tools related to exterior construction work.

Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites are clean and organized.

Follow project blueprints, work orders, and instructions from supervisors.

Adhere to all company safety procedures and industry regulations.

Communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient workflow.

Perform other general labor and construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in construction, roofing, siding, or exterior renovations is an asset but not required.

Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Safety certifications (e.g., Fall Protection, WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset.

Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour
