Responsibilities
This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our job sites remain clean, organized, and efficient, while supporting our subcontractors and team members in achieving the highest standards of workmanship
Material Handling: Move and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
Site Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and trash removal, to keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Site Protection: Set up and maintain site protection measures, including floor coverings, plastic sheeting, and barriers to safeguard work areas and client property
Subcontractor Support: Assist subcontractors by providing necessary tools, materials, and coordination
Carpentry: Perform carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials
Tool Operation: Safely operate basic carpentry tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and other power tools
Construction Drawings: Read and interpret basic construction drawings to assist in accurate execution of tasks
Logistics: Manage transportation of items between sites and maintain inventory of tools and supplies

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer with carpentry skills to join our team.
