Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation within an online environment. As a senior member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping our ODR strategies, handling matters, mentoring junior team members, and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispute Resolution: Lead and manage complex dispute resolution cases.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of ODR strategies and policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior ODR specialists, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including customers, legal teams, and external mediators, to facilitate resolutions.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage ODR platforms and tools to streamline the resolution process and improve user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in ODR and related fields, and incorporate new methodologies and technologies to enhance the ODR process.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of PQE. Bachelor’s degree in Law would be preferable
- Skills:
- Understanding of ADR/ODR.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business Development Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ODR platforms and related technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
Working Conditions:
- 6 Days work week.
- This position may require occasional travel.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
