CASHIER,FUEL ATTENDANT

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Fuel Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with fueling their vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the fuel station. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently and safely
Operate POS systems for cash handling and processing payments accurately
Provide product demos and upsell additional items such as snacks or beverages when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel station area
Ensure safety procedures are followed during fueling operations
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills
Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods
Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Support merchandising efforts by restocking supplies and promotional materials
Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to perform product demos and upsell products confidently
Knowledge of safety procedures related to fueling operations is a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour
