Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
May require up to 6 months of customer service preferably in a retail environment
0 to 6 months experience in a retail environment required
Requires the ability to read and write; and knowledge of grammar, and arithmetic including fractions and decimals
May require the use of standard office/medical equipment (i.e., typewriter, personal computer, data terminal, on-line printer, calculator, telephone, facsimile, copier, sterilizing equipment, blood pressure cuff, or tables); the preparation, comparison or checking of reports, records and related data; and basic use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings and knowledge of their application
Responsibilities
The Cashier Nutrition Services handles cash and credit transactions at the Hospital cafeteria; and maintains the area around the registers and dining area in an appealing/orderly manner

Balances cash receipts and money drawer at the end of each shift
Provides support to the cafeteria operations, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and closedown

This position has a hiring range of $17.+38 - $24.67
