Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Scan items and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Accept payments, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of shift.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
