Cashier/Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Cashier – Restaurant Operations Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily billing operations and oversee day-to-day cash flow at our restaurant in Bengaluru. The candidate will ensure accurate transaction processing, proper cash reconciliation, and compliance with internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities: Handle all customer payments including cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital modes. Generate accurate bills using POS systems and ensure proper order entry. Maintain opening and closing cash balance records daily. Reconcile cash collections with system sales reports at the end of each shift. Prepare and submit daily sales and cash flow reports to management. Record and monitor discounts, refunds, and void transactions with proper authorization. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and basic GST billing procedures. Safeguard cash, receipts, and transaction records. Coordinate with restaurant staff to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory). 1–3 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, hotel, or retail outlet. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment platforms. Proficiency in Kannada and basic communication skills in English/Hindi. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
