Cashier/Sales Assistant

As a Cashier/Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts in our store. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a tidy and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and assist with visual merchandising
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be a graduate and above (any subject)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience as a cashier or sales assistant
