Responsibility Support and implement full-year brand plans from planning to execution to increase brand awareness, create consumer value, and drive brand affinity among consumers. Implement marketing plans on ATL and BTL; collaborate with commercial team to align with brand vision, strategy, and business objectives; manage BTL quantities, outlet allocations, and pipeline management with Sales. Develop Strategies and Brand plans for products across 6Ps aligning with business vision and objectives. Review and analyze brand and campaign performances against goals and provide recommendations to meet said goals. Align with stakeholders on marketing activations and plans. Support in development of Full Marketing Mix (Media Planning, Go-To-Market Strategy, POSM Developments, Packaging Design Developments, In-Store Activation). Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify opportunities for portfolio. Collaborate with cross functional teams and external business partners to ensure timely and efficient execution of plans. Assist marketing efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Brand / Marketing or a similar role is welcome to apply. Required Language(s): fluent in English Possess transportation and be willing to travel as required. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
