Summerset Falls, Warkworth is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse to join our vibrant Village! This presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the Village’s greatness.
This role would be in a casual capacity covering a mixture of shifts across the week, which include nights.
Provide holistic care
Our residents are often here for many years, and our approach to care is resident-directed. The ultimate focus is their quality of life. You'll have time to gain a broad sense of their needs, and:
Focus on rehabilitation
Set goals and provide support
Enhance their day-to-day lives and improve their quality of life
Manage their everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care
Our successful applicant will have:
A NZ Registration and a current Practicing Certificate
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Empathy and a passion for helping and caring for the elderly
A team player
