Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Cath Lab team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, age-appropriate patient care through thorough assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices. Your ability to effectively communicate with physicians and respond swiftly to patient condition changes will be vital.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide proficient direct and indirect patient care, ensuring adherence to legal standards and hospital guidelines.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, reacting promptly to any changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to communicate critical patient information, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic study outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for assigned patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Perform general nursing duties across various departments under appropriate supervision.

Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida or recognized compact licensure, compliant with state requirements.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred or actively pursuing.
• A minimum of three years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Recent acute care experience is essential.
• Candidates must have at least one year of direct Cath Lab experience.
