Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the Role

- Lead operational excellence with a best-in-class resident/ client/ family experience
- Driving optimal deployment and resource utilization, process-driven functioning and patient-centric services delivered with care and compassion
- Overseeing that the Housekeeping, F&B;, Front Office, IPD co-ordination, Security, Maintenance, Admission, Discharge, Billing, Outstanding collection & other support functions operate optimally and with efficacy
- Facilitating and handling partners/ associates/ clients/ clinician visits in the hospital
- Maintaining 100% compliance, ensuring NABH and other accreditations & related audits

Qualifications

● MBA or Equivalent

● Experience: Min 8 Years

● Ability to multitask and take initiative

● High level of professional maturity and integrity and a solid work ethic.
