Job description

Responsible smooth managing of pre schools center.
• Supervise preschool teacher and childcare workers.
• Communicate with parents.
• Develop educational Programme & standards.
• Meet parents & staff to discuss students progress .
• Coordinate for financial, budgetary, media related aspects and other of pre school.
• Designing & facilitating parenting workshops.
• Oversee the daily operation of the preschool.
• Manage staff in collaboration with the principal
• Create policies and develop curricula which confirm to the state requirements.
• Ensure that the property is well maintained .
• Manage financial transactions and prepare budgets.
• Maintain the preschool website and social media.
• Schedule training of CPR and first aid for all members of staff.
• Identify and schedule fundraising events.
• Schedule on -going training of teachers .
• Oversee the planning and preparation of meals for the children.

• Admissions- conversions - walk in and call
• Retention rate of preschool teachers
• Boosting the preschool centers in social media
• Marketing activities - highlighting preschools
