BPO is seeking an experienced Centre Head to lead operations at our Chennai and Mumbai locations. The incumbent will be responsible for overall business performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction while ensuring profitability and efficiency of the centre. The incumbent will be responsible for overall business performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction while ensuring profitability and efficiency of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage P&L responsibilities and drive cost optimization. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve performance targets.
- Strengthen client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business growth.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 12+ years in BPO/ITES operations management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of BPO operations, service delivery, and compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence. Ability to manage large teams and multiple client accounts. Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.

Salary range: (Depending on experience and qualifications).
