What You Will Do:
• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual visits to enhance positive health outcomes for patients.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treat injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services and help manage chronic diseases alongside preventive health screenings.
• Handle essential clinic operations, such as inventory management and patient follow-up.
• Ensure a safe and efficient care environment through routine examinations and effective appointment management.

Education:
• Master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active, unrestricted state APRN license.

Essential Qualifications:
• One year of NP experience is preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered.
• Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing.
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care including counseling on pregnancy and STI prevention.
• Capability to order/administer vaccines and injections (e.g., COVID-19, influenza).
• Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required based on market needs.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
• Physical presence at the assigned clinic is required.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to perform duties that involve prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to perform Basic Life Support.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Prior MinuteClinic precepting experience is preferred but not required for those with less than one year of provider experience.
• Experience with patient assessments in a virtual care setting.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$50.22 - $108.15

This pay range indicates the hourly rate or annual salary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs.
