We currently have an opportunity for a Change Coordinator – Defence ICT Systems. Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future .
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Coordinate tailored change strategies, including communication and training plans.
Collaborate across teams to address barriers to adoption and foster stakeholder buy-in.
Lead initiatives to engage, inform, and upskill stakeholders on new technologies.
Track progress, deliver reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support technology implementations, including M365, Cloud, and ServiceNow.
What You’ll Bring
Expertise in change management methodologies, such as PROSCI.
Proven experience in ICT change coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with frameworks like Prosci and tools for enterprise transformation.
Strong track record in delivering technology transformation projects.
You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
