Overview:

In taking this role, you would be part of the high profile, strategic Cirrus Google Cloud initiative, which is responsible for accelerating the adoption of public cloud services by establishing a strategic cloud transformation and innovation partnership with Google. Public cloud adoption is expected to enable DB to capture the stability, cost, flexibility, talent retention, innovation and functionality advantages public cloud presents. Your role would be as part of the Cirrus Program Management Office, providing governance, delivery, resource management & strategic analysis support across a ~€120m portfolio globally. You will report into the Cirrus Risk and Compliance Work Stream

Your Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Engagement: orchestrate engagement with TDI (Technology/Data/Innovation) and Compliance teams across +30 countries. Support Local materiality assessment of Applications being on boarded on GCP. Coordinate internal reviews and Regulatory Submissions for eligible Applications. Report status and trigger escalation where required. Support execution of bespoke Risk and Control Assessment when required. Cascade relevant Cirrus information to local teams

Innovation & Automation: Contribute to the identification of automation / innovation opportunities to streamline execution of Risk and Compliance Controls. Facilitate adoption of new processes / support tools promoted by Risk and Compliance workstreams

Candidate should be good in managing huge dataset and have good data modelling exp. Should have good MS excel knowledge

Candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high quality end to end Risk and Compliance Cirrus reporting and analytical services across all aspects of the Google (Cirrus) R&C portfolio, leveraging existing reporting and toolsets where available or generating your own where required

Proactively identify, reconcile and escalate delays in engaging Regulatory Authorities that can have a detrimental impact on GCP Applications on boarding schedule

Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement wherever possible, leveraging best practice & process excellence ways of working

Understand Regulatory, Risk & Control challenges, providing insight to COOs, Program / Delivery Managers & senior stakeholders alike

Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Compliance Offices and TDI teams across +30 countries, COO, PMO & Program / Delivery Managers, providing timely responses to ad-hoc queries when required

Your Skills & Experience:
• Strong change management experience, with experience in Risk & Compliance and cloud implementation initiatives
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
• Strong written & oral communication skills, able to work with global stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrable collaborative working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment, capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with ability to challenge & prioritize
• Preferably CA / MBA from reputed institution, with 8-10+ years of work experience
• Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
